1. Controller

D.D.W. Digital Consulting Ltd, Anoikodomiseos 23, 4104 Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 491987) is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Contact: davu@tripple-a-studio.com.

2. What data we process

We keep data collection to a minimum:

• Contact enquiries. If you contact us by email or via the enquiry form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, message content) to handle your enquiry.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA) automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) to deliver the website securely.
• Fonts. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare. When the page loads, your browser connects to the servers of Google and the Indian Type Foundry (Fontshare), which involves the transfer of your IP address. Details: Google Privacy Policy, Fontshare Privacy Policy.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

3. Legal basis

Processing of contact enquiries is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Server logs are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website).

4. Storage period

Enquiry data is stored only as long as necessary to handle your request or as required by statutory retention obligations. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

5. Recipients

We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate this website (hosting, email), who are bound by data processing agreements, or where we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
